Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds for Edu-K bookings. Terms vary by service and are set out below.

Tutoring sessions (one-to-one and group)

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session. With more than 24 hours’ notice, the session is rescheduled to another time that works for you and your tutor, at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and sessions missed without notice, are charged in full.

If Edu-K cancels a session, we issue a credit toward future sessions.

Full-time schooling

Withdrawal from the full-time schooling program requires one full semester’s written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Summer camps

Summer camp fees are refunded within 30 days of your cancellation request. Camp places cannot be transferred to another child.
